with the Events ticket, you can attend the parties that will take place between 18.00 - 22.00.

Reservations are only valid for the date written on the ticket. Tickets sold online are non-refundable.

Your ticket will be sent as a PDF to the email address you used during purchase. You must show the QR code on the ticket at the entrance. Tickets are for single use. QR codes become invalid once scanned. There are no refunds for tickets sold online. Playa Tropical reserves the right to refuse to accept guests on condition that the ticket fee is refunded.
